I’m Nishant Bhardwaj. For seven seasons, I’ve sat across the table from the operators, scientists, investors and policy-makers shaping the next era of every major industry — from defense to medicine, from banking to entertainment. Over 200 million people have watched those conversations.

I don’t do quick takes. I’m interested in the work that happens off-camera — the decisions inside boardrooms, the research nobody is talking about loudly enough, and the leadership trade-offs you only hear about under Chatham House Rule. The show is my attempt to surface those, on the record, with the people closest to them.

Between seasons I write. I’m currently finishing my next book, Rewritten, about how AI is quietly redrawing every industry, due 2026. I also keynote a handful of stages each year for organisations who want to think harder, in public.
